Q. Will my secret fishing spots or coordinates be seen by other users?
No. AnglerLog is designed with a strict client-side storage architecture. All your spot markers, notes, and photos reside solely within your device's browser database (IndexedDB). They are never transmitted or shared to any central server.
Q. How can I transfer my data to a new smartphone or computer?
Open the AnglerLog app, go to Settings > Data Management, and click "Export Backup (JSON)". Transfer that JSON file to your new device, open AnglerLog there, and click "Import Backup (JSON)" to restore all your spots and logs seamlessly.
Q. How do I report an issue or suggest a feature?
